At Infradate, LLC, the safety and well-being of all users are paramount. Our platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 and older, and we are dedicated to implementing stringent measures to safeguard minors and ensure a secure online environment.
1. Age Restrictions
Minimum Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or access any section of our platform.
Age Verification: We employ in-app measures, such as birthdate verification and optional identity checks, to prevent underage users from gaining access.
Enforcement: Accounts identified as belonging to users under 18 will be promptly suspended and permanently deleted.
2. Protection Against Child Exploitation
Zero Tolerance Policy: We do not allow any content, behavior, or user activity that exploits or jeopardizes children. This includes:
Sexual content or behavior involving or directed at minors.
Inappropriate communication with minors.
Sharing or soliciting explicit images of underage individuals.
Infradate, LLC firmly prohibits child abuse and exploitation and is committed to taking appropriate actions, including reporting to relevant authorities, if any acts that promote or encourage child abuse and exploitation are detected.

3. Content Moderation
All user-generated content, including bios, photos, and chat messages, is monitored through a combination of automated tools and human oversight.
Inappropriate content (nudity, harassment, underage references, etc.) is flagged and removed in accordance with our Community Guidelines.
4. User Reporting & Blocking Tools
CineConnections Users have the ability to report profiles, messages, or content that contravenes our policies.
Every user can block others from contacting them and can provide feedback to Infradate, LLC if necessary.
Reported content is reviewed within 24–48 hours, and urgent safety issues are escalated immediately.
5. Safety Features
Profile privacy settings are available to restrict who can access your profile.
Advice and recommendations on safe online dating practices can be found within the application.
6. Data Protection for Minors
We do not intentionally gather or retain any personal information from individuals below the age of 18.
Should we find that a minor has submitted personal data, we will remove it in compliance with relevant laws.
7. App Store Compliance
This application is classified as “Mature 18+” in app stores.
The description and imagery of the app are crafted to prevent appealing to underage users.
We adhere to the policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store regarding child safety, user-generated content, and age-appropriate access.
